Psychological testing measures behavior and emotions, objectively. Psychological testing focuses primarily on the emotional aspect of a person, rather than cognitive functioning, which is explored in neuropsychological testing.
At IAS, psychological testing includes actuarial tests, projective tests and self-report measures. We feel strongly that psychological testing should include multiple and varied measures to produce a complete picture of our clients. Through a number of tests we can develop a map of the individual’s psychological functioning – anxiety, depression, what situations provoke those feelings, the severity of the symptoms and more.
While IAS can perform these evaluations individually, depending on the client’s needs, our strength comes from our experience in offering a total integrated package.
